Just as a note... You might want to consider changing the bitmaps to images... Not everyone has FIOS to download 10 1MB files on the page.

Are you building on top of the website factory just released or is this mainly custom code? Does this app expose webservices so we could possibly tie in some of this functionality into a winforms client (or even into VS)?
